Sandy River Basin Watershed Council
http://www.sandyriver.orgOur mission is to protect and restore the natural, cultural, and historic resources of the Sandy River Basin. We facilitate large scale floodplain restoration and native plantings, education programs, and community stewardship opportunities through river cleanups, planting events, and an ecoblitz. We are also partnering with the Mt. Hood Community College to retrofit the campus to manage stormwater sustainably, and will engaged students with the design, implementation, and maintenance processes.
