Winter Warmth Sorting Party (age 18+) *Impact Week*
Clackamas Service Center (CSC) is an inclusive, "one-stop" community center for individuals and families seeking food relief and resources for improved health, dignity, and stability.
Volunteers will receive a brief orientation on how to sort and inspect clothing for our new clothing room. After you’ve learned about categorizing apparel and guidelines for which clothing to discard, you will begin to “sort and pack.” Volunteers will sort donated clothes into categories and carefully inspect clothing before staff transfer it to the clothing room. Once the clothing is stocked, community members can begin shopping at no cost!
The work you will be doing is in a warehouse, so please wear close toed shoes. Gloves will be provided, but bring your own if you have a favorite pair. Bring your own water bottle. Masks are optional, but please feel free to wear one. Parking available in front of building D.

-
If you plan to bring children or guests you MUST reserve slots for them. The best way to do this is to create a Volunteer Team, then sign up your team for this project. In the spirit of creating an atmosphere where people from all parts of our community are coming together to volunteer,
