Potluck Christmas Dinner: Tent Raising (age 16+) *Holidays 2021*
Tent Raising
Our provider of tenting for our Christmas Dinner is having staffing issues like everyone else. To be able to offer covered, distanced, seating for our guests we need to provide some volunteer assistance to the professional team from Peter Corvallis Productions in erecting the tents we need.
This will be an entirely outdoor activity. It will be physical labor, so a reasonable degree of fitness is needed.
For this activity you may sign up for both shifts if you are willing to stay all day.
Tents will be erected on THURSDAY, December 23rd.
Project Requirements:

All volunteers ages 5 and up must be fully vaccinated (2 weeks past 2nd shot) and will be required to show proof of vaccination. Masks will also be required indoors and outdoors.

Each volunteer must sign up individually.

There is no team sign up option for this event.

Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older to attend this project

We request that every volunteer under 18 years of age have a parent or guardian fill out a Youth Waiver Form (click here to download) and bring it with them when they attend their shift.
NOTE: In order to better communicate with volunteers, Potluck in the Park regularly sends out mailers and newsletters.
