Vose Elementary Outdoor Beautification (ages 5+) *MLK Weekend 2020*

Join us in honoring the legacy of Dr. King through meaningful service to our community: "Everybody can be great... because anybody can serve."
-- Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

"WE EMPOWER ALL STUDENTS TO ACHIEVE POST-HIGH SCHOOL SUCCESS"

Our elementary school serves over 740 students in Prek-5th grade in a Title I, diverse school community. Over 70% of our students qualify for free/reduced meals and over 60% are learning English as a second language, with the dominant primary language being Spanish. In order to best serve and prepare our students we have had a dual language bilingual program for over half of our students as well.

We will be weeding and doing some basic groundskeeping in the front and back planting areas.

Bring  Outdoor layered clothing, gloves, closed-toes shoes or boots, water bottle, and rain gear if weather warrants.
