Build a Better World Party (age 12+) *STW 2017*
Hillsboro Public Library is throwing a summer reading party to get kids buzzing about books and reading as we begin our sports-themed 2017 Summer Reading program.
We're celebrating the start of Summer Reading with crafts, games, and storytimes for kids. Volunteers will run craft stations and games, while also encouraging kids to sign up for the library's Summer Reading Program, which supports children in reading and learning during their summer vacation.
We expect lots of Spanish-speakers at this event, so Spanish-speaking volunteers would be especially welcome!
Note: Volunteers must be age 12+ to volunteer on this project.

Project Requirements:

All volunteers under 18 are required to bring a Hands On Youth Waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. (print it now, fill it out, and bring it with you to save time during project check in).
