Potluck Christmas Dinner: Final Clean-Up Team (age 12+) *Holidays 2013*
Final Clean-Up
During your shift we will be completing load out and doing final clean up of the YWCA first floor and surrounding outside area. We must “leave no trace” to remain welcome in future years. It would be a good idea to bring something waterproof and warm to wear!
Project Requirements:
Volunteers should be 12 years of age or older to attend this project; any volunteer under age 14 must attend with a parent or adult chaperone.
Occasionally we make exceptions (on a case by case basis) and allow a volunteer younger than 12 years old to attend. However, we reserve the right to restrict minor volunteers to areas appropriate to age and stature (some areas require managing VERY heavy containers, for instance, whilst serving very hot food, which is not advisable for minor volunteers.) We further reserve the right to refuse offers of service from under-age children, or indeed any other person, where the volunteer organizer or other appropriate Potluck personnel feel it sensible so to do.
Each volunteer must sign up individually.
There is no team sign up option for this event.
All volunteers under 18 are required to bring a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. To expedite event-day check in, please download, fill out and bring this waiver with you to the project: Youth Volunteer Waiver.
