Lead Science Activities at OMSI (age 14+) *STW 2013*
Volunteer together on the museum floor for a day! The day includes a short training session with OMSI staff and a half day of volunteering, facilitating hands-on science activities at various stations for OMSI visitors.
Volunteers will be staffing stations around the museum providing hands-on demonstrations and activities related to science, arts and crafts. Some examples include dusting for fingerprints, fishprinting, and creating casts of dinosaur claws.

Volunteers at OMSI should wear pants, or skirts and shorts (no shorter than 3 inches above the knee) in solid colors free of stains, rips, or tears. A blouse or business casual dress shirt is also acceptable. Please do not wear shirts with a prominent logo on them. Shoes must be closed toe and should be comfortable. Please do not wear any of the following: spandex, sweats, long dangling jewelry, offensive visible tattoos, or strong fragrances.

All volunteers under 18 are required to bring a Hands On Youth Waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. (print it now, fill it out, and bring it with you to save time during project check in).
