Why Become a Partner?

As a Hands On Partner, you not only have the ability to advertise volunteer opportunities to our website, but you also have access to a pool of Hands On trained project leaders (for Calendar projects only), our BusinessCares corporate partners, an extensive tool library, volunteer management clinics, and more!

Partnership Criteria:

Hands On Greater Portland works in partnership with 501(c)(3) community-based agencies. All Hands On Partner Agencies must sign the Hands On Partnership Agreement, submit a signed nondiscrimination policy and be located in Multnomah or Washington County, Oregon.

How to Become a Partner: L I N K S:

Step 1: Confirm that your organization is not already a partner with Hands On Greater Portland;

Check our Partner Directory to see if your organization is already listed as a partner.
If so, skip to Step 5 and contact one of us so we can help reactivate your account and/or add you as an agency contact.
If not, continue with Step 2!

Step 2: Submit an online Agency Registration Form

Step 3: Download, complete & return your agency's Partnership Paperwork, which includes:

Partnership Agreement
Copy of IRS letter stating nonprofit tax status
Agency Nondiscrimination Policy

Fax (503.200.3356) or mail (PO Box 4889, Portland, OR 97208) all materials to our office, addressed to Hands On Partner Services.

Step 4: Attend a Partner Orientation

Learn more about the programs and services offered by Hands On Greater Portland and how your agency can benefit from these services.
Orientations are held every month at both our Beaverton and NW Portland offices
